AI Search delivery for agencies

Keep the client relationship. Add the delivery layer.

Schmitdy gives marketing and branding agencies a dependable AI search delivery layer behind their strategy and client service. Your agency leads the relationship and coordinates the agreed approval path. We research the answer landscape, prepare the agreed work and verify what is actually live.

Agency deliveryScope agreed together
Named responsibilities. Clear proof for every completed step. No outcome is claimed without a valid comparison.

Start with one client need · Expand only after the working model is clear

For agencies assessing a delivery partner for a specific client need or a repeatable service. Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before work starts.

The delivery gap

A strong client relationship still needs a working delivery system.

An agency can spot the opportunity and shape the strategy, then lose time coordinating research, content, technical changes, outreach and reporting across different specialists. We turn the agreed plan into shared work, clear approvals and verified results.

Google states that its AI search features use established search fundamentals. That makes clear pages, accessible site structure and useful public sources more valuable than a separate layer of invented AI tactics. Google’s guidance for AI features and websites.

How collaboration works

Your agency leads the account. We make each handoff clear.

We begin with the client questions, markets, languages, systems and access that are actually in scope. Each work item records the claim, source, owner, approval state and verification result. Missing measurements remain missing, and external decisions remain external.

The four pillars

A service your team can explain and control.

01

Buyer questions

A defined set of questions tied to a market, language and buying decision, rather than an unbounded keyword list.

02

Grounded client facts

Claims trace back to approved pages, documents, data or named client owners. Unverified detail does not enter delivery.

03

Useful public sources

Owned content, relevant third-party coverage and community sources are handled as distinct work with distinct approval paths.

04

Visible collaboration

Your agency, the client and Schmitdy each have named duties. Handovers and unresolved decisions stay visible.

What Schmitdy can deliver

The work between the recommendation and the result.

The exact mix follows the agreed client need. AI agents assist with research and preparation; Schmitdy reviewers check claims, execution and evidence before anything is presented as complete.

Answer-landscape research

We examine how agreed buyer questions are answered across the selected AI engines and markets.

  • Question-level observations with date, locale and engine recorded
  • Named sources and citation gaps kept separate from brand mentions
  • Coverage gaps and unavailable runs labeled rather than filled with assumptions

Owned content and technical work

We prepare changes that make the client’s offer easier for people and engines to understand.

  • Page briefs or completed copy tied to approved client facts
  • Technical recommendations with an owner and a verifiable acceptance condition
  • CMS or developer handoffs shaped around the client’s existing workflow

Source and editorial opportunities

We identify relevant public sources and prepare useful contributions or pitches where the scope includes them.

  • Source choices linked to the questions being measured
  • Publisher, platform and community decisions reported separately
  • No placement, citation or recommendation presented as guaranteed

Measurement and reporting

We define the denominator, collection method and comparison period before discussing movement.

  • Visibility, share of voice, citations and sentiment kept as separate measures
  • Missing data, small samples and method changes disclosed
  • Business outcomes connected only when suitable analytics and client records are available

Implementation verification

When authorized access is available, we can stage or implement agreed work and read it back in the real target system.

  • Draft, preview, published and verified states kept distinct
  • Screenshots or system evidence attached to the acceptance result
  • Rollback, access and approval boundaries recorded for the affected system

Responsibility handoff

Three roles, one visible record.

Your agency leads the client relationship and strategic recommendation. The client confirms its facts, access and approvals. Schmitdy owns the delivery tasks it accepts and returns evidence against the agreed acceptance conditions.

The working channel can sit in Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. Access remains named and controlled by the account owner. A blocked approval, unavailable system or third-party decision stays visible instead of being reported as delivered.

01

Your agency

  • Lead the client relationship and strategic recommendation
  • Set the brand, creative and meeting context
  • Approve what is presented under the agency’s responsibility
02

The client

  • Confirm business facts and named owners
  • Grant required access and publication approval
  • Decide claims, offers and changes only the business can authorize
03

Schmitdy

  • Accept a defined delivery scope and acceptance conditions
  • Prepare and review the agreed research, content, technical work and measurement
  • Return target-system evidence for completed implementation tasks

What an engagement defines

Enough detail to prevent quiet scope drift.

Before delivery

  • The client, markets, languages, question set and systems in scope
  • Agency, client and Schmitdy responsibilities for each workstream
  • Approval, access, publication and evidence requirements

During delivery

  • A prioritized work queue with owners and acceptance conditions
  • Reviewable outputs with facts, assumptions and open decisions separated
  • A record of staged, approved, published and verified states

At reporting

  • The measurement method and available starting point
  • Results by engine, market and question set where the data supports it
  • External decisions, missing data and unresolved dependencies disclosed

Evidence boundaries

Activity, publication and performance are different facts.

We agree what can be measured before work begins. If no comparable starting measurement exists, the first valid collection becomes the starting point. It is not recorded as zero and no improvement is claimed until a comparable later period exists.

EvidenceWhat we recordWhat it does not prove
DeliveryThe agreed item, owner, acceptance condition and completion evidence. That a client approved it, a platform published it or an engine used it.
PublicationThe live page, source or system state checked after release. That AI visibility changed because of that release.
AI visibilityValid sampled answers naming or citing the client within the agreed question set.Demand, leads or revenue outside that measurement.
Business outcomeQualified inquiries or sales where suitable analytics and client records are connected.Causation from a mention, citation or single work item on its own.

The method records engines, questions, locales, run dates, valid-answer counts and known gaps. Comparisons use like-for-like periods. Engine volatility, personalization and source changes are treated as limits, not edited out of the report.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask before involving a delivery partner.

Who owns the client relationship?
Your agency does. You decide how Schmitdy is introduced, how recommendations are presented and who joins client conversations. The written scope also names the approvals and access that remain with the client.
Can Schmitdy work behind our agency team?
We can support delivery through an agency-led workflow when responsibilities, disclosure requirements and communication boundaries are agreed. We do not describe the arrangement with a label that adds commercial promises beyond the written scope.
What can our agency keep in-house?
Any workstream. Some agencies keep strategy, creative and client reporting while asking us to handle research, technical preparation or measurement. Others need implementation support as well. The responsibility map records the chosen split.
Will you contact or publish for a client without our approval?
No. Client contact, external messages, paid activity and publication follow the named approval and access path. A prepared item is reported as prepared until the authorized person approves the next state.
Can you guarantee AI recommendations or editorial placements?
No. AI engines, publishers, communities and platforms make their own decisions. We commit to the agreed work, evidence method and verification. External outcomes are reported as outcomes only when they occur.
How is performance measured?
We define the question set, engines, markets, valid-answer rules and comparison periods first. Visibility, citations, sentiment and business outcomes are reported separately. Without a valid starting measurement, the first collection is the starting point rather than a zero result.
What access does Schmitdy need?
Only the access required for accepted tasks. Accounts remain under their owner’s control and named access is preferred. Missing access or an unresolved approval blocks the affected task and is shown in the delivery record.
What should we include in the audit request?
Enter the client or prospect website you are authorized to share. In the notes, describe the buyer question, markets, current agency role and the work you want help assessing. Submitting the form does not start a paid service or authorize client contact.

The guidance behind the work

Our delivery model follows published guidance for AI search features, structured data, spam prevention and measurement. These sources guide implementation; they do not promise an engine, publisher or customer outcome.
