The best hospitality GEO agency in 2026 depends on which part of the estate is invisible to AI search and where it sits. Clockwork Marketing is the strongest all-round pick for a UK group spanning hotels, holiday parks and self-catering, with a priced AI visibility report from £990. Brandnamic and XPORT are the DACH region's hotel-only specialists. Schmitdy is built for a group that wants the whole motion, rooms and venues together, managed for it from £1,200 / $1,650 / €1,450 a month. Every provider below was checked against its own live site in August 2026, and this list stays out of restaurants entirely: that's a separate, dedicated comparison, linked below.
What counts as "hospitality" here, and what doesn't?
This list covers the accommodation and venue side: hotels, pubs and inns with rooms, holiday parks, resorts, serviced apartments and event venues, plus groups running rooms alongside food and drink. Restaurant-only marketing and AEO agencies are a different buyer with different citation surfaces (menus, OpenTable, cuisine-led queries), already ranked in the best restaurant AEO agencies of 2026 and the best restaurant marketing agencies in the UK. Multi-site restaurant group? Start there instead.
Can you trust a "best hospitality GEO agencies" list?
Be careful, this one included. It's published by Schmitdy, which appears in the table below, disclosed rather than hidden, and several of the other nine compete with Schmitdy directly. No agency here paid for placement.
Four things decided the order: whether the provider does the work or only measures it, whether hospitality is a genuine specialism rather than one blog post, what's publicly verifiable, and how much of the AI-search job is actually in scope.

The 10 hospitality GEO agencies and platforms, in detail
1. Schmitdy
Schmitdy is a done-for-you AI search growth service, and it publishes this comparison, worth knowing before reading further. It maps the questions travellers and event planners ask, rewrites and optimises the group's own website and blog, runs community engagement across Reddit, LinkedIn, TripAdvisor and Facebook, produces video for YouTube, runs PR outreach into the publications engines actually cite, and reads five engines daily: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Delivery runs through forward-deployed AI agents in Slack, WhatsApp and Teams.
Two parts of the scope matter for a multi-venue estate. Community work covers TripAdvisor alongside Reddit, the surfaces engines lean on most for stay questions. Entity work runs per venue: keeping name, address, amenities and room types consistent across every property, not just the flagship one, because an engine that finds three phone numbers for the same hotel treats the whole listing as unreliable. Managed AI Search starts at £1,200 / $1,650 / €1,450 a month, the lowest entry price of any managed programme here that publishes one.
Honest caveat: it's the newest name here, with no published client roster or hospitality case study, where Clockwork, Journey, 80 Days and Cogwheel Marketing all have years of named clients. It also does no revenue management, channel manager or booking-engine work: the scope is AI search visibility, not the commercial systems underneath it. If your gap is specifically that engines don't name your venues, weigh that against the shorter track record. If it's something else, hire from further down this list first.
2. Clockwork Marketing
Clockwork has run hospitality marketing from Devon for more than thirty years, and its site names hotels, holiday parks, self-catering properties, spas and restaurants as verticals served. Its GEO approach pairs "generative engine optimisation" (building the brand authority an AI system needs before it recommends a property) with "retrieval optimisation" (structuring website data and schema so amenities, location and room types are machine-readable).
It's the only provider on this list selling a priced, off-the-shelf AI product: a Search and AI Visibility Report at £990 +VAT for 2 to 4 properties, £1,499 +VAT for 5 to 10, bespoke pricing above that, checked August 2026. Published performance numbers (45% organic traffic growth and 42% organic revenue growth for St Michael's Resort) are traditional SEO and PPC results, not AI-search-specific. A report is diagnosis, not ongoing delivery, so treat the two purchases as different things.
3. Journey
Journey is a hotel ecommerce and performance platform built for luxury hospitality: rooms, spa, golf, dining and events under one system. It runs GEO as a distinct, named service, pitched as helping a hotel appear "when guests ask AI where to stay." Case studies name Grantley Hall, Beaverbrook, Soneva, The Ned, Wynyard Hall and The Belfry Hotel & Resort, a genuinely upmarket client list.
No pricing is published, and the GEO page describes the aim rather than the mechanics. Fit: luxury and boutique properties already running Journey's commerce platform, or willing to.
4. 80 Days
80 Days is a UK hotel-only agency with more than 20 years in the sector, an 11-strong multilingual copywriting team, and named clients including The Ned, Exclusive Collection and The Dilly. It bundles SEO and GEO into one line: technical audits, content optimisation and monitoring, plus local SEO managed through a partnership with Uberall across 125-plus directories. GEO sits inside a broader SEO retainer rather than existing as its own product, so ask how many hours land on AI-specific work.
5. UP Hotel Agency
Based in Rugby, England, UP Hotel Agency runs a dedicated GEO and "AI Overviews Optimisation" service for hotels: AI-crawler audits, schema and structured data, content restructured for AI systems, and citation building.
It's the most narrowly focused hotel-only shop here, and the thinnest on public proof: no pricing, named clients or case studies on its GEO page as of August 2026. Fit: a hotel wanting a specialist audit before a bigger retainer elsewhere.
6. Screen Pilot
Screen Pilot is a US integrated marketing agency for hospitality, travel and leisure brands, with two decades in the category and a proprietary "generative search analysis" tool alongside performance marketing and branding services. It was an early tester of Google's Search Generative Experience and has published on how AI is changing hotel search.
No pricing or named case-study numbers for AI-specific work appear on its public services pages. Fit: a US hotel or leisure brand wanting AI search folded into a full-service programme rather than bought standalone.
7. Milestone
Milestone pairs a platform with services: a GEO-first CMS, an automated schema manager, and a local listings and reviews platform, sold to hotels and hotel management companies. It says it partners with more than 10,000 hotels worldwide and has built over 11,000 websites on its CMS, at a scale the boutique specialists above can't match. No pricing is published; expect enterprise-style quotes.
8. Brandnamic
Brandnamic runs hotel-only GEO out of offices in Bressanone and Merano, Italy, and Munich, Germany, with three named service lines: GEO Analysis, GEO Onpage and GEO Offpage. It also manages two hotel cooperation groups directly, Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol and Familienhotels Südtirol, giving it operational reach into South Tyrol's wellness-hotel market beyond client work. No pricing or individual case studies are published. Fit: a DACH-region hotel or wellness cooperative wanting a specialist already inside the category, in German and Italian as well as English.
9. XPORT
XPORT, based in Dresden, sells a structured GEO package for hotels: potential analysis, entity and brand foundation, structured data, AI-friendly content, authority building and a monitoring dashboard. It names more than a dozen hotel clients, including Gastwerk Hotel Hamburg, Empire Riverside Hotel and Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen, and says it has worked in hotel marketing for over 20 years. No pricing is published; it offers a free consultation instead. Fit: a German hotel wanting a named, verifiable client list rather than a platform pitch.
10. Cogwheel Marketing
Cogwheel Marketing, based in Grand Junction, Colorado, is a full-service agency built around branded hotels: Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and IHG systems, for clients including Schulte Hospitality Group and Island Hospitality Management. Its companion product, Cogwheel Analytics, now uses Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI to benchmark hotels against local competitors, and its AI visibility series argues clean website, review and listings basics come before chasing AI citations.
Honest caveat, and why Cogwheel sits last: checked against its own site as of August 2026, there's no dedicated GEO or AEO service page, only the analytics product and blog commentary. If your hotel is already inside a major brand system and wants AI-search work added, ask what's actually in scope first.
Which vendors measure hospitality AI visibility, and which do the work?
Three widely cited names here are platforms, not agencies, and belong in a different shopping cart entirely.
Yext is a self-serve platform: hotels manage their own listings, structured data and AI-ready pages through its dashboard. Clients include Accor and Premier Inn, and its own study of 6.8 million AI citations (July to August 2025, across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) found 86% come from sources brands already control: websites, listings and reviews.
Uberall is a multi-location listings platform that in December 2025 launched a GEO Studio with AthenaHQ, showing hospitality brands what AI systems say about them. It measures and flags; a hotel's own team, or an agency above, still has to act.
SOCi sells "agentic teammates" for multi-location local SEO and AI visibility, closer to automated execution than a dashboard, but it's still software a group operates rather than a team that operates it for them.
Pair any of the three with an execution provider rather than treat them as a substitute, the same distinction covered in the best AI search visibility tools of 2026.
Do generalist GEO agencies actually work with hotels?
Checked against their own case-study and service pages in August 2026, no. iPullRank's case studies list mortgage, financial services, self-storage, telecom and ecommerce clients, no hospitality work. NoGood's AEO page names Nike, TikTok, Intuit, MongoDB, Inflection AI and Chime, none hospitality. Single Grain's GEO page lists Amazon, Uber, Salesforce and Airbnb as clients it's "trusted by," no travel or hospitality case study.
Siege Media is the partial exception: its work archive includes Elk Springs Resort, a vacation-rental client with a reported "10X+ organic traffic" result, though it isn't badged as GEO work and Siege Media has no dedicated hospitality page. Treat all four as capable generalists with, at most, one hospitality-adjacent client each, not a real specialism.
Why does this matter for hotels, holiday parks and venues right now?
The data on how AI-native hotels look is bad, and it's structural rather than a marketing failure. The Hotel Schema.org Adoption Study 2026, which crawled 121,425 hotel homepages across seven countries and reached 105,002 of them, found only 10.6% carry good structured data and 36.3% have none at all. Access isn't the problem: 96.7% of hotel sites are technically reachable by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and only 3.3% actively block AI crawlers. Engines can reach a hotel's page and still not understand what's on it.
The DACH-region GEO-Studie Hotellerie 2026 from maxonline, which sampled 515 four- and five-star hotels across Germany, Austria and Switzerland in July 2026 using Semrush's AI Visibility data, found an average AI visibility score of just 11.2 out of 100 for independent hotels, 93% scoring below 20. Chain-affiliated properties scored 36.2 on average, a threefold advantage from appearing across nearly three times as many topics as a single independent property.
Demand is real too. IMG Global's 6th annual Travel Outlook Survey, over 1,000 respondents surveyed in early 2026, found 33% likely to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Claude to plan travel in 2026, most commonly to seek recommendations (75%) and build itineraries (70%): the shortlist stage, the moment clean, structured, well-cited data gets a venue considered.
How much does hospitality GEO cost in 2026?
Verified public pricing is thin here; most agencies quote custom. Clockwork Marketing's one-off Search and AI Visibility Report, £990 to £1,499 +VAT by property count, is the clearest published entry point for diagnosis. Schmitdy's ongoing managed service, £1,200 / $1,650 / €1,450 a month, is the clearest entry point for delivery. Everyone else sells on a custom quote, so get a number in writing before comparing.
Which one should you actually hire?
Match the provider to your estate, not its logo wall.
| Your situation | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| UK hotels, holiday parks and self-catering | Clockwork Marketing | Broadest verified vertical range, plus a priced diagnostic report |
| Rooms and venues under one managed AI-search programme | Schmitdy | Only provider treating community, entity and website work as one remit |
| A luxury property already on a commerce platform | Journey | GEO ships alongside the booking system you already run |
| A DACH-region hotel or wellness cooperative | Brandnamic or XPORT | Hotel-only specialists working in German and Italian |
| A branded hotel inside a major chain system | Cogwheel Marketing | Deep brand expertise, though GEO isn't yet a named line |
| Just want to see where you stand first | Uberall's GEO Studio or Yext | Measurement, not delivery, but a fast, cheap first read |
